1/35 Takom Early Panther With Full Interior WIP

I was going to post this on the German Armor GB, but there is no one there. Therefore I am creating this so you can see my progress. The plan was to build this for the GB but life got in the way and I have been able to do almost no building in the last year. Things have settled down for the most part now though so I am trying this again.

I started with the lower hull and transmission:

And then the engine:

I will post more pictures as the build progresses.

From your pictures, it looks like this is an exceptionally "clean" molding. I'm not seeing a lot of ejection pin marks in the pieces which make up the hull tub, so I have to ask - have you already filled and sanded those or are the parts simply molded that cleanly?

That looks good! Great to see you settled in and at work on this Dutchman. My Leopard has been in the box since the beginning of the year. Since I missed the finish date I've been trying to get some other stuff done, but that's going almost as slowly.

There has been some very minor sanding but overall this is one of the cleanest kits that I have built.

Lookin great sir! The detail, fit, overall cleanliness of the kits looks awesome. Might have to add one (or two) to the stash in the future. Thank you for sharing the build, i'm now following along for the ride. :)

I have completed the build. So many small interior pieces it is a wonder that they all fit inside:

There is a little more space in the turret, but not that much:

Now it is time to paint al of those little bits.

Eyes buggin' outa me head, she's a mouthful, that's for sure! Engineering perfection in the first degree, kudos to Takom for pulling it off Yes. Thoroughly enjoying the build Smile.
