Once upon a time, Esci made a T-62 tank that came boxed with modern Soviet infantrymen. You may be able to find them on eBay. I used to have the set, but the figures are long gone. Esci normally boxed the figures separately as well.
The tank set came in two different boxes, one with Spetsnatz troops and the other was Warsaw Pact troops. I wish you luck in finding one, Italeri has released the T-62 about 2 years ago so maybe they have plans to release one or both of the troop sets.
