The USMC ERA (Explosive Reactive Armor) was totally different than what the IDF used.  Your best bet is to get the Takom M60A1 w/ERA kit.  It is excellent and has the correct USMC ERA on a great M60A1 base model.

As Gino said, the two reactive armor sets are totally different, although the serve the same purpose.

Gunze Sangyo reissued the Esci kit along with a white metal and resin armor set and replacement air cleaners, grenade boxes, and grenade launchers.

The Marines also tended to use the steel road wheels that do not have the strengthening fins inside. US Army tanks had a combination of both smooth steel and finned aluminum wheels.

Once upon a time, Verlinden did a USMC armor set, but there are some other RISE/Passive fittings that need to be updated on the Esci kit. Tamiya and Academy both make the proper sets for their M60A1 kits, but you are better off getting one of the new Takom ones. While you can get there from the Esci kit, the cost might be more than just buying the version you want from Takom.
