Finally! 1/35 Takom Merkava MK.I Complete
Posted by hogfanfs on Monday, May 11, 2020 5:42 PM
I started this kit for the Modern Armor Group Build last year, but life got in the way, and I had some serious modeling blahs which made me put it aside for several months.  But, finally got the itch to get her finished.
The kit is the 1/35 Takom Merkava MK.I. This was the first time I used Mission Models paints and after a “getting used to” period, I really liked them. And I used Adam Wilder oils and pigments for the weathering.
Here are the pictures, let me know your thoughts:

Thank for the awesome comments, gentlemen!

Funny, I'm not one to wear gloves while working on a kit, but, after taking a closer look at one of the pictures; I left some fingerprints... Smile

I think I'll start wearing gloves for painting from now on, lol
