I know I'm late to reply, but that is one fine looking piece of armor. Those extra details and your weathering really puch this to the top.

Your tank looks great. I haven’t seen the movie, and now I don’t need to.  I’ve seen the star of the show.

Tojo, I am super impressed!!! That is a great build. I haven't built a tank in over 55 years.  After looking at your build I may try building a tank.

Your comments and questions are always welcome.

Going to call this one complete.I have some figures that I will use,but that's for later on.I enjoyed this built as I took my time with the layered weathering.I was really happy with the results, especially the running gear and lower chassis. It was a nice kit to build. My camara doesn't take great pics it definitly looks better in person. Thanks for following along. As far as I know I made at least one technical error.

It looks really really good. I can't tell by the pics but did you give it the two tone drab and black paint scheme? Fury is a camo painted tank. Either way, this one looks amazing.

BK

Its very faint,I painted the black but it looked too stark,so I overcoats with the OD so it almost like presiding plus the weathering obscured it

Thank you

I'm actually not a fan of the film, but your Fury is looking great Tojo.

I've done two Sherman's with the black stripe camo over O.D., and the black always looked too stark until I muddied/ dusted the tank. That toned down the black quite a bit and IMHO it looks much better.

That's great. Looking at the movie tank it is difficult to see the black too. Well done. I love it.

Thanks

Its very faint,I put down the black and it looked to stark,so I sprayed the OD over it and it came out like pre shading, once some weathering went on its hard to see in the pics

I really like how the olive drab and tools look.

I used Mission Model paints for the first time the wood handle is Modelmaster Wood enamel with a burnt umber wash.I like to hand paint them after attaching to vehicle.

I really like how this build is looking and I've been taking notes. I love the movie and you're doing a heck of a job replicating it.

I may have to take a stab at it too. She'd be a trophy on display with the movie poster!

Keep on inspiring!

I'm really liking the build shots here. I've got the new tooled kit and the comparisons are striking.

Nice progress!

Looking good mate. I love the comment about the roadwheel garden, I'll be embarking on my own " roadwheel garden"  in the next couple of days. Hope there's not too many weeds!

I did my OD basecoat with Mission Model Paints, stuff really lays down nice, also assembled one side of tracks, 77 links

Next up black camo and had painting rubber roadwheels, not so hard with the raised rim
