The last T-28 getting ready to get moved indoors at the museum in Benning.

Some cool tuff in the background, too.

Back around 1980 I won a first class trip with four locations pickem in the coninental US (frown Hawaii).

One pick was Baltimore where I visited my little sister who was a undergrad at Johns Hopkins. The harbor, Veterans Stadium.

I took the train down to Aberdeen. Total dissapointment. The army painted the german tanks yellow, the american tanks green and the french tanks light blue, the russian tanks pink.

All of the above colors refridgerator color choices from Kenmore circa 1965,

Modeling is an excuse to buy books.

Very cool! I saw her years and years ago. Looking forward to getting to see her again.

On Sofi's channel, they mentioned that there's no engine aboard, but they just have not installed it yet.  So, it wil lbe a "runner" when complete.

The video on Sofi's channel also details how you have to crank the outboard sonson suspensions up, as they stand taller than the main body does (this allows the outboard unti to carry 60% of the vehicl's weight when installed).
