I've had this one on & off the bench for a few months now, finally got it finished. I bought it with the intention of building the Western desert Caunter scheme option but, when looking for reviews & builds in prep for my own, almost every one I saw was in the Caunter scheme. So, for different, I thought I'd build one stationed in the UK - little or no wear & tear, maybe some stowage, as if on exercise in summer.
Stowage on the rear hull is made from Milliput, cocktail sticks, and a bit of bandage, paints are mostly Vallejo acrylics, with some Humbrol enamels used for details, and black/brown oil washes.
Anyway, here it is - please let me know what you think.
It's a bit "dustier" than I thought - I'm going to blame the artificial light (either that, or the summer of 1942 was a good one!)
Hope you like it.
Vell, Zaphod's just zis guy, you know?
