I like these kits with full interior. Makes the kit seem just that much more lifelike. Very nice work.

decals on.... not going to over weather it because of the interior, just some panel lines and a touch of oil i think

I agree they are a pile of work but, to me, the full interior is really interesting.  I have the MiniArt M3 Lee and Pz IV H with Interior in my stash and I've never done one with this level of complexity so I think I know what you're feeling Smile   Enjoy

Good stopping point. The exterior looks as good as the interior. Yes

most likely the last build session of the year sees me end with this (plus both track runs)... new year should see the final details added then time for painting (aim next year is to (1) clean my airbrushes and (2) get more proficient at using my airbrushes)...

Gamera

Coming along very nicely Rob! Yes

thanks... quite a bit of progress this weekend. Turret interior weathered, upper turret added to lower (leaving roof off to see "some" detail.... dont know if I will get any more done before the Christmas break (lose modelling area for all of December) but next is the second run of tracks... also included some better shots of the hull interior

Turret interior parts all added apart from the sight mechanism... Need to weather it of course. Not happy at all with the rear ammo rack but dont think you will see much once the upper half is on (leaving the roof removable

I seem to have missed this up to now, Rob - sorry I'm late!  It looks like a very involved build, but it's looking very good.  I admire your grit in taking on all that track-bashing, too, nice work!

Vell, Zaphod's just zis guy, you know?

for mine, I will leave the turret roof loose, may have the engine hatches posed open, drivers hatch open and my leave the hull roof loose. Then I can show the interior but "save space" on shelves by having it together most of the time... for others (have 2 more full interior kits) O may try something with plastic rod to have it permanently open

It is coming out great.  Good job so far.

How much of the interior will be visible at the end?

That depends on how you display it.

In case you need some refernce video, Battlefield Vegas has a Restoration channel on YouTube wher ethey show the insides of their Soviet armor, which is a growing collection.

I cannot attest to how valid their color selections are for bare metal up restorations, especially since they have a mix of Czech, Polish, and Hungarian vehicles in the shop.
