I recommend https://hobbysense.ca/ Igor is great to deal with. He's based in Winnipeg and can ship everywhere. Items are priced in Canadian $ and when you factor in exchange, shipping and duties from ordering from a US based seller he's usually cheaper or at par.
Might be worth checking a paper copy of FSM for dealers/shops in BC.
Not sure how Nandian Post handles cross-province packages (they do not "play pretty" with USPS at all--sigh).
Wish I could offer more in help.
Hello: I am new to building tanks but I know PM Hobbies in Calgary handles Tamiya armor, I just bought the 1/35 scale Tamiya Sherman A4 Tank for $59.99. Not sure if you call this cheep but most Tamiya models are worth the price. Hope this helps. Cal.
Cheap and Tamiya don't normally go hand in hand. Especially since Canadian customs often hold packages "hostage" until the charges are paid. That often makes a great deal very expensive when dealing with your neighbors to the south.
The T-95 assault tank by Dragon is a very expensive kit and has been out of production for quite some time.

Modeling is an excuse to buy books.
Welcome!!!
As a Yank I'm afraid I don't know much about Canadian dealers. But any other questions you have please post 'em. I'm certain someone here can answer them.
