I built this as a gift for a close friend,his son serves on Paladins in Fort Stewart.Previously he was stationed in Poland.The kit was pretty enjoyable,not Tamiya standards,but still very nice.I built it out of box,painted with mostly Mission Models,weathered in oils and enamels.The base came from Hobby Lobby.Thanks for looking.

That came out nicely.  It looks great.  The presentation is very nice as well.

Excellent!  Did you find out if his son is a Pepsi drinker?  Stick out tongue  Maybe need some Redbull on there as well.  Great gift.

Thanks,

John

A nice clean build that you turned out here Tony. I'm sure that your friend will be quite happy with this.

Great build!  One of my pleasures in this hobby is to build a kit for a veteran or his/her family.  I'm sure that he'll love it.  Hopefully he won't get redeployed to Poland during this crisis.

Hi Tojo 72;

 Hey funny this! The Paladin has always been one my favorite pieces of Heavy Artillery! I converted two from the Early Years to Construction vehicles of a sort( Well, actually Demo Vehicles )and heavy support when I had my Business. So I had to have models of them.

  You have done a gut bustin great job on this one! I hope the recipient doesn't have to go back to Europe and can sit and sip and admire your work.

Great tribute Tojo! Nice work on the model and love the base with the photo of him in his uniform.
