I too have never seen one built up. And it's one of the US/UK tank kits that I don't have. 

It's a cool little tank. The one I remember seeing had a fairly smooth cast turret. US tanks during WW2 had a pretty well-manufactured appearance, unlike some of the former Soviet stuff I saw that had rough casting and giant weld cut marks.

Now there is one rare subject! I don't think that I have seen one built on here or anywhere else prior to yours Theuns. Well done!  The Infantry Museum at Ft Benning used to have one in their tank park display long ago. It is a small machine to see in person. 

Testors dullcote produces a pretty good flat.  Nice job.  I've never seen that subject before.

Lookin' good!

Many years ago I read a web page where somebody was restoring just such a tank. He found a chassis without turret that was used on a farm as a tractor and this was the base for the restoration. I guess after so many years the restoration should be done by now...
