Gee, Ausf! You're taking this much better than I thought you would!

Seriously, I'm sorry they canceled your 1/16 King. What a bummer!

Something is seriously wrong with him. Big Smile [:D]
Ausf have you looked at backyardarmors site, the Tigers are not too expensive there. Ofcourse I can only compare with the Danish
pricetag of $1400 for a full option Tiger I

Weird, the sale says it is extended at 33% off, but the prices are 50% off. Confused [%-)] Has anyone built the Matilda, and is it as bad as I bet it is?

Eric, the sale is 33% off their already discounted prices. I think stuff is normally discounted about 15%. Great Models discounts their stuff (mostly) at 20% and Model Expo normally isn't quite as good a price.

Ausf, I don't know why they canceled your 1/35 King. When I checked this afternoon, they were showing 5 of the regular kit and 2 of the Ardennes in stock.Confused [%-)]

Sorry it's not working for you.

These were all RC. 'Were' being the operative word...

It's not your fault, It's their 'Micheal Palin' to my 'John Cleese'.....

Cleese - it's not much of a cheese shop, is it?
Palin - the finest in this manor, squire!
Cleese - explain the logic underlying that conclusion!
Palin - it's so clean
Cleese - it's certainly uncontaminated by any cheese!

anyway, just thought i would say that my ModelExpo box arrived yesterday via UPS,
less than 1 week after my order, well packed & intact.
my complete order was there, but it was all cars & planes, so don't start thinking i 'took your stuff' Big Smile [:D]

wish they had more armor that i 'need', but i have more kits than i could build.
i just can't pass up a good deal.

Thanks for your email Bill.

Looks like business has been so good they have upped the prices to cash in on the volume of orders. Since I looked 3 days ago, the Churchill VII and Centaur have gone up by $6 and $10 respectively, but the Matilda is still the same and the Cromwell has gone (going through my Brit stage).

They sold me the Tiger I, for $468. My sons and I were sitting on the porch waiting for it. Then I guess they realized what they've done.
They offered the M4 for $311. I bet that poor sucker didn't get his either.

Peter,

You have to click on the link that says something like "This weeks internet specials, Click here" to see the lower pricing. Kind of wierd, but that's the way it works.
