Type 89 I-Go (Finemolds 1/35th)

Finished this recently for Piers 'Between the Wars' GB.

Not my best work, I couldn't get the paint to cover so I left the masking on waaayyy too long and it ended up with raised lines between the camo. I later found out the paint, in plastic squeeze bottles wasn't mixed well even though I shook the living krap out of it. I had to remove the caps and stick a wire up in the bottle and mix it to get it mixed properly.

So I tried a slightly different technique with the wash to pick out all the rivets. And made a bit of a mess out of it. Still I wasn't going to strip the whole thing and repaint. So I went ahead and finished her.

So what the heck, here she is....

I like it Cliff!  Interesting subject and it looks great on the base.  Figure turned out great as well.

Thanks,
