This older thread seemed pretty complimentary. It wanders all over the place, but the kit gets praise.

I'm no Sherman expert, but they are some of the best kits out there of the M4.  I have their Sherman V Firefly and it is a lovely kit.

Hello!

I've always heard good things about them, and about two years ago I got a chance to buy one second hand. Now I shook the box and this thing fell out:

More seriously the kit has great detail and builds easily, with very good fit. It could be said that a beginner modeller could run into trouble here if he wanted to build the movable suspension here because of the clean glueing needed to have moving parts, and the sheer number of parts involved. But otherwise it's a pleasure to build, I highly recommend it.

All comments and critique welcomed. Thanks for your honest opinions!

Yeah, what the other guys have said, the Asuka/Tasca kit is the Rolls Royce of M4s. Fantastic detail and fit. Excellent instructions. The only bad thing I can think of is the Korean War M4A3 has insane tracks that consist of 3-4 parts per link that are difficult to put together. But the tanks themselves are super detailed yet easy to build. I've built about four or so of them and they are superb. I cannot recommend them enough!

Oh, and Hobbylink Japan has some of the best prices on them. I've seen them with crazy jacked-up prices from some other dealers.

All the guys in the two AMPS clubs where I've been a member speak very highly of the Tasca/Asuka M4 Sherman kits.
