Airfix usually has Humbrol paints on their color call outs, at least their kits for the past 35 years or so. The numbers will reference that paint line, so all you need to do is type Humbrol and the number into a web search engine to see what the color is in that product line.

Regarding color coding in the instructions thare a bit confusing I can't find any adequate color references in the kit it says color 33 but there is no color representation for the numbers 

 the instructions have many question marks but do not say what the refer to?
