I call it the FART: Fast Attack Recon Tracked. I had a Tamiya Bradley in the stash that I was going nowhere with so I decided to do something with it that didn't involve trying to correct or update it. I also scored a set of Spade Ace Leo 1 tracks for silly money that I thought might work with it. My idea was a hard-hitting recon vehicle with speed.

I cut the upper hull down, enlarged the turret and tried to make it functional as well.

It still has hatches in the hull rear and top rear but they're both reduced in size.
After paint, only lacking the armored doors ober the main sight. I need to finish the lense covers first.

I tried to use as much of the Bradley kit as possible, but I did sub wheels from an old Tamiya M48 kit. The gun tube is Takom with a scratch built muzzle brake. Some of the additional armor on the turret is scratched, the rest from the kit.
Next is from a pic I have of an M41 mounting a Cadillac-Gage turret with a 105mm gun, something apparently done as a feasibility study, probably aimed at selling the package to countries still operating the M41 and seeking to modernize. I'm doing a little "modernizing" on the hull while I wait for the rest of the parts to show. I'll get another thread started on it. In the meantime, model on Garth.
