The kit represents the M1A1 during the Gulf War 1 period. If you want to model the Gulf War 2 M1A1 you have to change the tracks, add the APU at the rear of the turret plus the thermal panels and the CIP.

I'm planning to kitbash thr Dragon and Revell kits to create an OIF M1A1. I'll let you know on how it turns out.

This is supposed to be a honey of a kit. What period in US Army history does it portray right out of the box? Is it Gulf War I era, or is it a current -- or is it for the period between GWI and GWII?

Thanks.
