Dragon's T-34/85 NVA comes with markings for an Angolan tank. Since the kit is designed to represent a Vietnam era T-34/85, it is probably your best bet for the most modern variant (DML also does Korean War, 1944 and 1945 T-34/85 variants).

Skif sells (sold?) a KMT-6 mine plow for the T-55/62/64. It was fairly cheap, around $5, and was a single sprue in a bag with header card. I do not know if it is still in production or not. It was item #N-502. I wished I had grabbed more than one.

CMK and Panzershop both make dozer blades if you want to go that route as well. The Skif mine plow is nice, but very hard to find. Ebay is the best place to look for it.

From everything I have heard the Tamiya T-55 is one of their best kits. Dragon's T-34/85 has also gotten good reviews.
