I just got back from Hobby Land in Ft. Wayne, Ind. Unfortunately, I gave in to temptation! I have exhausted my entire defense budget for the remainder of fiscal 2004!

Picked up both of the Dragon 1/35 aus A and aus G Panther kits....plus..a brand spanking new paasche airbrush,Tamiya panzer crew at rest... well the list goes on and on.....

I'll have something to do after my divorce once the credit card bill hits the mailbox!

The only Dragon kit that I have ever built was a T-72 about 8 years ago. I recall it was an excellent kit, so I'm really looking forwars to these pair of cat's.

I'm having a lot of fun with the nightfighting G. Falls together. My Barrel was a bit flat though, and I ended up replacing it with an Eduard one, but some putty and a bit softer touch than mine could fix it (I snapped mine trying to bend it straight.).
Have fun!

I finished the Dragon G and liked the build. Congrats on your shopping binge. Good choices, except I would have went with a Badger airbrush. LOL

Which A did you get? The Early or Late one?

I like DML kits. But then, I like indy tracks!!

Good luck with the upcoming divorce. Let us all know how it turns out! lol

Crockett,

Sorry about the budget. I think you need to get into some emergency funds or plunder the petty cash !

Gotta like hobby-land ! Tough to resist. I get a lot of kits there. Great prices.

Good luck

Remember, if your wife complains, just have her deplete her 'defense' budget or maybe let her build one of the kits! (My wife would forgive my spending just so she wouldn't HAVE to make a kit! lol).

Enjoy your builds, take your time and before you know it, Congress will okay your 2005 budget!
