Be alert of latest virus
Posted by Anthony on Tuesday, May 4, 2004 7:02 PM
Ladies and gentlemen

In case if you don't know, there is a new virus called W32/sasser worm. It will trigger your computer to restart once it connects to the internet. It will pop up a menu saying something like:lsass.exe terminated unexpectedly, system restart in a minute. So please update your antivirus and update your windows services pack. I got infected and my system is down for days. I am sending this out from a really cheap internet cafe playing terrible Carribean music by the Three StoogesBig Smile [:D]. Boy, I feel I've just got hit by a 75mm round in a ShermanSad [:(]

Out to get Windows 2000 and XP. Hmmm. Nobody's interested in Windows 98 anymore.
Lucky me, I guess.

Thanks for the heads up.

Or linnux !, just keep antivirus' up to date and on all the time , and you should be safe . And be careful to scan all attached emails before opening better yet skip these altogether! Billy Gates has not made any friends in his life thats why A!@#$%es do this stuff he is a typical lying, stealing, stomping on, type of businessman , hence the problems everytime he creates ( or his team rather) creates a new OS.

Yeah, its just another one of Microsoft's vulnerabilities being exploited, and one more way to give me a headache. The patch should be available at http://www.microsoft.com/security/
Make sure that you download the latest security fixes. This wyrm works in a similar way to the Blaster wyrm of last year, and is just as a hassle to get rid of.
