I scratch built this kit when a gentleman was at my dealers store asking if the hummer came with a solid roofBig Smile [:D]. I used .080 styrene to close the hole in Tamiya's 35263. I usede the styrene strip that comes with evergreens roofing kit to make the center line complete. The paint scheme is Tamiyas flat black 60% and Tamiyas drk sea grey 30% and 10% Tamiyas thinner. The antenna brackets come from Italeri's 249. This kit is my favorite build to date.

My future plan is to mount the door in the open position and raise the trunk with soldiers dismounting & unloading the vehicle in a middle east diorama. I hope you enjoy the pics as much as I enjoyed building it.
Happy Modeling!
