This is taken from Phroosh's - "Give me strength" post

http://www.finescale.com/fsm/community/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=19912

Well it appears he has captured on film a very disreputable person actually breaking into his home and planting an "Academy Tiger kit w/interior" into his stash.

Just so happens his girlfriend was out of town and it happened to be a kit he was oogling at his local hobby shop.

First - if anyone recognizes this perpetrator - please let him know

Second - I think there maybe some good captions here !

..............yelling into another room...................

"No dear, how could you possibly imply that I bought a model kit with the money you gave for the baby's formula !"

It became clear that the modelkit fairy wasn't nearly as well funded or marketed as the more popular tooth fairy..

..their human resources department wasn't nearly as picky with who they hired either.

*****************OFFICIAL TRANSMISSION********************

Mr Phroosh:
As you may or may not know, The Potsdam Conferences created my organization, The New York German Armor Task Force, giving it worldwide jurisdiction. We deal with all matters concerning criminal acts involving German Armor.
It has come to my attention that you have been victimized by such an act. Due to budgetory constraints, we can not investigate this petty crime in person, however we do demand that you forward all evidence to us for inspection. We will inspect said evidence, including painstaking assembly, so as to bring this criminal to justice. After our lengthy investigation, we will return remaining evidence at your expense.
Failure to comply will result with in my forwarding this information to our enforcement group leader, Lance-Corporal Michealvk of the Somewhere Near The Hague (SNTH).

Our budget is currently committed to our upcoming investigation of the Great Barrier Reef. I have long suspected towards the war's end, Germany had placed an entire Heavy Panzer Division in plastic bags and sunk them for future use. If you have any information regarding this, please forward.

-Sgt Ausf, NYGATF.

And with a wave of his hand this crafty magician has done it again. Changed a sherman in a box into a tiger in a box. Amazing. Later in the program the phantom magician will show the audience how the trick is performed.

In an ever increasing effort to bring Shermfreak and other builders of American armor to the Dark Side of the Dark Side, the Tank Fairy has been hard at work... Of course the large cash payments from the group of German armor fans hasn't hurt....

Illustration 1: The initial "appearance of the Intruder" photograph from the movie Signs, shown above, was so frightening to test audiences that M. Night Shyamalan decided to cut back on the shock value and redesign the intruder to something slightly more benign. Test audience members were literally jumping out of their own skins and running skinless around the theater. One man bit off his own head in a moment of sheer terror. The significance of the photo of the tank is one of the enigmas of the movie which film afficionados still debate to this day.

(In the best British safari explorer voice)
As seen in these rare photographs, the Australian Modeling Ape, or Buildicus Tigerus, is a very elusive and easily startled creature. Note the way he holds the prey, an Academy Tiger, in his arms, as if it were his own children. Very little is known about the Buildicus Tigerus, unlike his Candadian counterpart, the Shermanus Maximus, or North American Modeling Ape.

its not so much the tank that worried him, but more the lamp that pierced his trouser seat.

Matt,

That was a great picture - I've found myself in the exact same position - I think you have illustrated it well.

But I think you have hit on a good caption with that Igor reference
