In need of WWII German uniform decals

I could only hope MR tamiya would look at his sales for 1/35 kits as to what the next r/c kit should be , I mean what are the most popular kits in 1/35 ? ,Tiger, Sherman, Panther,...... period ! How could a Panther be far behind , I just recieved the late G model yesterday and as usual it just looks perfect in box as usual , I cannot say much bad about tamiya's kits , they are just that good ! Its their subjects that are lacking lately ! Give the modelers what they want , we see abrams tanks on the news everyday , some of the FSM guys actually work in them or on them , they don't want to see what they work in anymore than I want to see Tamiya make a Moving truck model ( which I work in ), not to knock any of you abrams fans here its the best tank in the world right now ,but its just overdone . As far as the leopard , I have no idea what thats all about , I really don't even have an opinion here .Sleepy [|)]

Hmmmm...you know, I don't recall seeing it, and I actually forgot to look for it!
This month's Armour Modelling says the Trumpeter release will be this summer, though.

You're probably right, and I don't think the t-34 will do half-bad either Smile [:)]

Hi, folks! I posted a pic of Gino's beauty in the Armor forum, will post more armor stuff later.

Oooooo, the T-34 is nice! I've been swimming around in the box for a while now (it's a BIG box), getting familiar with the pieces. And there are a lot of pieces. From the brake pedals to the brakes themselves, it's all there, folks!! They could probably release a no-interior version for about half the price.

Norio, you didn't tell Mr. Tamiya the FSM wish list?? I thought you...oops! I only said "Ya know, I bet a 1/16 Panther would sell like 50-cent hotcakes stuffed with hundred-dollar bills."

OK, so I didn't really say that.
We actually did talk a lot about new JGSDF vehicles, like the Type 96 6-wheeled Armored Vehicle that was on display at the show. Asked if that was going to be a new kit, he just smiled and said that he couldn't say...

Let me just say again how impressed I was with the Challenger 2. I was impressed! I've got a few pix that I'll post, but they don't really do it justice. At the show, they just hand it to you! "Here, check it out!" So I did. And it was good.

Coolness. Love that C2. Can't wait to see it. Say, is it only the TELIC C2, or can you build it for earlier C2's like the Balkans ones? Can you build it for Oman too, or only British?

"Shizuoka" was very cool experience to me!
But, I am sorry I didn't take the opportunity of telling Mr.Tamiya the FSM members' wish list. I hope Brian did it.

Gino san,
Sorry to hear about your passport problems. I hope you will be here next year.

Sorry you didn't make it Gino, but it sounds like Tamiya set you up nicely with the free kits and other goodies.

And I'm back!
The show was great! Too bad you couldn't make it this year, Gino. I saw your amazing piece of work, though! Got a few pix, too. Let me know when you'll be coming!

There were over 130 clubs and 5,000 models on display! Sensory overload, to say the least.

I brought home Trumpeter's 1/16 T-34/76 '42 Mod, for a sweet 15,000 yen ($136 USD). Niiiiice kit!

Dagne was there! Nice guy! So there were four acknowledged FSMer's at the show (maybe more--ya never know!).

Mr. Tamiya did not reveal any secrets to me, but he did remember me from last year!

Yeesh...I'm too tired to write anymore or post any pix tonight, so ya'll are gonna hafta wait til tomorrow!

I will say this, though: the new Tamiya Challenger II ROCKS!!!!

Hello all,
Sorry but I won't be seeing any of you at Shizuoka. I was not able to get a passport in time to travel. My model went with the guys from Tamiya though, so you will be able to see it there. Tamiya still wants me to go to Japan and see their factory and the other sights at a later date though. They are also giving me a bunch of models, so all is not lost. Hope you guys have a great time.

I wouldn't know where to place a 1/35th scale Dora, a 1/16th scale version wouldn't even fit in my house................but it would look great. Cool [8D]

Brian, Noria & Brazen,
have a great trip.
looking forward to plenty of pics & the inside scoop.

i have no requests for Mr. Tamiya.
my kit backlog is already unmanagable!
but i would appreciate it if you told him i said "thanks".
his "work" has added immeasurable quality to my "play time".
