If you think that's tough, I'm still scratching my head about how I'm going to go about making the new "digital" pattern (MARPAT) that we've got in the Marines. And they come in both desert and woodland...any ideas out there?
A day in the Corps is like a day on the farm; every meal is a banquet, every paycheck a fortune, every formation a parade... The Marine Corps is a department of the Navy? Yeah...The Men's Department.

I use Testors MM enamels and these are the colors I use. Flat black, Medium Green, SAC Bomber Tan, and Leather Brown. Don't have the FS #s handy, but that should get you started. The SAC Tan is sometimes hard to find, but any tan color will work. BDUs all start out the same basic shades, but fade at different rates and are in many different shades after a while in use. As long as you get the basic shades of black, tan, brown, and green about right and no one is glaringly brighter than the other, they will look fine. Good Luck.

What is being used to replicate the woodland camoflauge colors on US BDU's?

I prefer to use testors model master but I would gladly pick up something different to avoid mixing!

Thanks!
