1940's WB Short?

I had this posted in the OT forum. Ha, my mistake....Dead [xx(] Nothing in it that would turn usual friendly aquaintencances into frustrated and polarized factions so it got no response.

The other day on TCM (Turner Classic Movies) There was a short produced by Warner Brothers around 1941. Semi humorous piece about a brooklyn taxi cab driver that joins the army to drive tanks. Definately an early war propaganda and recruitment piece. Great thing about it was that it showed the M3 Stuart and its early variants in training, maintenance, field maneuvers and more. Wobbly plates for gunner practice and an early arcade game looking simulator that was a machine gun simulator.

This was a great showcase for the M3 and you got to see these guys mounting up, driving, going over ditches etc.

I missed the very first part of this and didn't get the name. Anyone have an idea what it was called?
