Tamiya Spare Parts
Posted by Anonymous on Saturday, May 15, 2004 9:19 PM
I don't have an airbrush, I'm just a spray-can man, and today I don't know what happened but i got WAY too much paint on the barrel of my new M1A2 (I've done fine jobs in the past with just a spray can) and there is no fixing it (I got a bit angry and broke the part...Wink [;)]). Does Tamiya special order entire sprues or specific pieces, or will I just have to play Frankenstein with my old M1?

Yes, Tamiya sells parts by the sprue. All you do is call their customer service number and place an order. They usually go for about $5 per sprue tree. Check here for more info and the #: http://www.tamiyausa.com/customerservice/index.html

Their mail service is really quick too.
