A quick pic from Shizuoka (HeavyArty's award winner!)
Posted by J-Hulk on Monday, May 17, 2004 11:08 AM
Hi, folks!
Here's a quick (and very dark! Sorry, Gino!) pic of Gino's (HeavyArty) Director's Choice award-winning tank transport and M42, on display at the Shizuoka Hobby Show here in Japan this past weekend.
even though Gino couldn't make it in time for the show, it was a pleasure to see his amazing work in person.

Gino, this is how it was displayed!

I'll post more stuff later, folks.

JHulk,
Thanks for the photo. Sorry I wasn't able to be there with it. Guess someone was looking out for us though. My wife's grandfather just died and if I had been in Japan, she would not have been able to go home for the funeral. Everything works out for the best in the end.

Great job, Gino. Congratulations on that fantastic award. Very well deserved!

My condolences on the loss of your wife's grandfather. And you are right, things always seem to work out for the best in the long run!

Wow, you worked wonders on that pic, Gino! I tried to brighten it up a bit with the Canon photoeditor I have, but got no where.

Again, congrats!
