See You All Next Fall!
Posted by Anonymous on Thursday, May 20, 2004 11:32 AM
Well, the school year isn't quite finished yet, but it's getting to be crunch time, so between all of the end of the year work followed by that summer break that everybody hates teachers for, I don't think I'll be looking at the forums too often until school is in session again!

Have a great (and safe) summer all. I'll be working on my painting skills... I've been told by an expert that they need work, so it's back to the ol' drawing board and back to learning new techniques as well as improving the old ones!

Take care Ron. You better check in once in a while or you will be swamped with "homework" next fall! Big Smile [:D]

Ron, I am disappointed that you won't be around to lend your expertise to the forum. I'll miss you. The forum will be lessened by your absense.

Ron, if your painting skills need improvement, I guess I may as well go swallow a bottle of Drano. Tongue [:P]

I agree! Hope you don't get called up. You don't need help on your painting, your Bradley was the bomb.

Exactly! If that was true then my models would look like they have been painted using a broomstick.Evil [}:)]Big Smile [:D]

I look forward to your return and all the projects that you've practiced your painting on.

Thanks all,

The person who told me to practice my painting has work in several collections including museums, so I respect his opinion. If he says I need to work at it, I'm going to! There's always more to learn, especially since the 'bar' keeps going up!

Build, if you have any Stuart questions, just email me and I'll get back to you when I check my 'e's!

See ya Ron,
Ha! I can see it now. You get called up and there is a big offensive on. You'll be out in front stopping vehicles as they go by...
"Can you guys stop for a second, I want to see how that sand gets thrown up under the sponsons and how dust settles in the cracks and crevices of this tank"

"Major?" ..."Yes Sir."..."Why is that soldier taking pictures of that paint chip?"..."Weathering detail sir?"

"No Poniatowski! You can't wear your Rommel hat and goggles and sit in the command cupola while we are on a patrol."

Have a good summer and a boring one. You know what I mean.
