And Matt thank you. I actually did a quick job on the figures and it turned out. Weird I say. And about the Maus....................GOTTCH YA.Tongue [:P] Ive moved on tobigger things lately........the dragon wagon is on the bench followed by a faun or the hq2 missle transport. Something about the size......it does matter.

Great to see this one from box to award, Ron. Excellent job. You paint a nice figure, too!

Well deserved, and good luck finishing the dio.

P.S. I bought a Maus, too. Must be catching!

I have both the DML Maus, and E-100 . I like both kits , plus they give me a chance to modify these vehicles , and paint them , how I please .Who know's how these vehicles , would have looked ,if the war had continued . The same goes for DML's Kugelblitz , these " could of been " , panzers , give me alot of " Artistic Liscence" ." Imagine an E-100 , with IR gear ! Then add some infantry , with IR devices , on their MP44's.

KONGRATZ, thudergod. A well earned award I might say. Now you belong to the chosen few here that have award-winning works.

It is great to be in the company of award winners. Makes me feel like I am in very good company.

Keep it up!

Since it never made it to the battlefield, we'll never know for sure!

But we can guess:
No! Nothing anyone had at the time could have penetrated that armor. It was just too thick. That's why the beast would have weighed over 150 tons. I don't have the numbers in front of me right now, but I believe even the side and rear armor was of sufficient thickness to repel anything the allies had, even at close range.

Looking forward to seeing your 1/144 build and 64condor's build!

Hi J-Hulk,

Thanks for the information on your color scheme for the E-100 Big Smile [:D] Currently I'm doing some research on the E-100 for a future build (next year) in a different scale.

Thanks again!

I may have missed it in the posts but what colors did you use when you built your E?

Thanks!

Howdy, 64condors!Smile [:)]
The main colors I used were Tamiya enamel Medium Gray and Tamiya acrylic NATO Black, in varying shades. The weathering and whatnot kinda grayed out the whole thing in the end, which I liked. A final overall dusting of Tamiya acrylic Buff evened out the finish, too.

Are you working on an E-100, too? If so, let's see some pix!Big Smile [:D]

Thundergod, any luck with ML? Could you find that submission page I was talking about?

I didn't figure my E was worthy either, but they accepted it! Give it a shot.
There is an online submission explanation on the ML site.
Good luck!
