Info wanted about 1/72 Italeri T-62

What I would like to know is if the turret hatches can be rotated when gluing them on. I haven't seen a clear picture of the top of the turret with the commanders and loaders hatches rotated away from straight ahead. It seems logical the the hatches would turn to control the machine gun and use the periscope and search light on the other hatch to look around. Question 2; which hatch is which? Is the commanders hatch the right hand with the gun? Thanks all.
