Sign - Welcome [#welcome] to the Dark Side Good Sir!

I too build 1/72 scale Armor in abundance! I have about 340 kits built, with another 7 more kits working on the bench. I'll have pics posted soon once I've gotten more progress done.

Looking forward to seeing pics of your work!

Hello and welcome! Sit back, relax, and enjoy.
Do a search for posts by Frostygirl, she builds small scale and builds it well.

Welcome to the forum WWIIsoldier. Joining the dark side is a lot of fun. Feel free to ask any question or give comments and suggestion to others. I also work on 1/72 AFV on some occasion. Last project was a Revell-Germany T-34/85, an excellent kit. BTW, there is a site you may also want to look at:

http://www.ontheway.us/default.htm

It has lots of reviews on various kits. Have funSmile [:)].

Welcome aboard Smile [:)]

I work in 1/72 scale as well, unfortunately I haven't tried any of the kits you mentioned so I can't add anything on that front.

Hey! Sign - Welcome [#welcome] Wow, 1/144 scale! I do 1/72 and thought that was tiny! Someone invented a new kind of small! I have the revell Tiger, but haven't built it yet. It's on my to do list, as is everyother model I have in my closet. Oh well, what is a modeler to do....

Welcome! Hold on to that 1/72 tiger! We are having a group build on that soon. A group build (GB) is when several members decided to build the same model, or model using the same theme. An example is the "D-day GB" or the "Normandy GB". Just a thought, but welcome to the darkside! The darkside is the nickname for the armor forum, so welcome!

Welcome to the forum. There are a few around here that like the tiny stuff as well, personally I am not one of them though.

Welcome to the forum!
The 1/144 scale tanks were recently a hot topic here in the armor section.

Sign - Welcome [#welcome] WWIIsoldier to the Dark Side. Hope you have a lot of fun here. I don't have any of your kits and I'm no expert in Braille scale either, but it doesn't matter. There will be many members to help you out. You may educate us. Glad to have you onboard.

I have:

2 1/144 panzer tanks by dragon

1/48th leapard 2a5 by academy

1/72 revell tiger 1

Academy WWII Willys jeep with F-51D mustang kit - 1/72---in progress

D-day landing vessel with an m-46 tank----academy 1/125 scale---unbuilt

I am more interested in the smaller scale items. I like the 1/72 scale kits especially. Does anyone else have any of these particular kits? If so, I would love to see some pics! Anyway, I just wanted to say hello, and that I am glad to be a part of your forum!
