                        I'm building a Russian WW2 winter diorama, and looking for tips on what types of markings Russian tanks and vehicles had. For instance, I've seen pics of red triangles painted on roofs and read something about cammondeered German tanks were the only ones with a red star. Suggestions?

                        Try this site. There are some photos of markings. The site forum would be a good place to ask this question. There are several members well versed in the subject Smile [:)]

                        Ground Power magazine put out a book titled "Camouflage & Markings of Soviet tanks" It can probably still be found on modelmecca.com or missionmodels.com
