M247 Sgt York air defense gun

Hi, I'm new to armor and this is my first attempt. I need some info on paint colors. It's Tamiya's kit and I don't know what color to paint parts A-1 to A-7...don't even know what they are..some part ofthe support/mounting system for the road wheels. Are they black/metallic or camo color? And how about the interior color?
Pardon my ignorance on the subject and thanks in advance for any help here.

Don't know which parts they are, but, if they are on the exterior of the hull as part of the suspension, they should be whatever color the rest of the hull is. For interior color, semi-gloss white. Most us tank varient interiors are this color so the inside is as bright as possible. Interior of hatches should be the same color as the hull exterior.

Bob, do a "Google" search on the M247, and that should provide the answer. Check each site that comes, (you may find that it is limited though ....) or failing that, what I do is to fake it, and paint it the colour of the vehicle body. It should be the FS colours for either dark green or black. I don't recall seeing pict's of this vehicle in the three tone NATO scheme. I could be wrong here. How about checking "Rob's Motor Pool" run by a US Army Major. (I have forgotten the spelling of his name at the moment - Sorry Rob!) You could ask him for some information.

Road wheel arms and shock absorbers. They are the same color as the rest ot the tank. The York was cancelled before the Army adopted the NATO color scheme. The majority of the Yorks produced were overall forest green or in a MERDC desert pattern during operational tests in the US southwest.
