Sweet job so far Larry. Did you use templates for the roadwheels?

Tigerman those are actual rubber, not paint. The kit is awesome. Get one.

Yep, the kit comes with vinyl for the rubber portion of the road wheels, like some academy kits. God, I want to get this kit, but it's just too big for me to display anywhere. That engine looks very nice as well. Damn, EVERYTHING just looks so inviting Smile [:)]

That is cool. What a kit! It's about $170 retail and $135 online! Looks like it's well worth it! It looks like there are two more versions coming out soon.

Here's a review on this that I found:

Laugh [(-D] I know exactly what you mean! I have to clone myself! But it would end up being some scary clone like those rejects in Alien Resurrection. Though some would say they would be an improvement. Wink [;)]

Larry,
Some days I feel like I am a rejected clone of myself....All that's left are the horrid slodgy bits.

I posted this one a couple of weeks ago. it's a pretty good inbox review.
I think I might end up making an interior to my Tamiya t-34, if I ever actually get to build it.

looks great, and a challenge...

anyone know if there's a chance it'll be offered as R/C ready? i've heard rumors that conversion kits are starting; my Tiger II needs an opponent.

Hey everyone. Thanks for posting the URL Larry_Dunn. Smile [:)]

I should have some more pics up over the weekend. I haven't been able to do much work on it this week. I added plug wires to the engine and hope to have it painted soon.

This is a really cool model. Hopefully it sells well so Trumpeter will consider making some 1/16 Shermans and Tigers.
