If you are looking for one piece vinyl tracks, you could call Tamiya, they sell track and sprues to their kits. They usually run around $3-$5 for a sprue, track should be just as cheap. I don't know anyone who sells vinyl track as a seperate kit. The only aftermarket tracks you will find are individual link.

Here is how to contact Tamiya:

You might try checking out AFV Club, I think they make AM vinyl tracks for a variety of armored vehicles. I'm not sure if they make any for modern armor though.

Both AFV Club and Armour Track Models make individual track links for the M1A1/A2 tank. They are workable and much easier to assemble than the Dragon links.

AFV Club's tracks are #AF3512 and run about $15. Easy to assemble.

Armour Track Models' tracks are #TK-03 and run just under $30, but they contain a resin drive sprocket and idler wheels. While the box art shows the latest T-158LL track, the track inside is actually T-158. They also make the older T-156 tracks which are more proper for an M1/M1IP or early M1A1 so make sure you get the proper set.
