QUOTE: thats a great model, but knowing trumpeter, it probably cost more than its worth. any estimate on the price?

Maybe you'd like to pay twice or three times as much for a Tamiya model of same size Smile [:)]

My cost was $125 including shipping from military models. There was a link from the FSM newsletter. They shipped it fast, now the 'sortation facility' has it. I hope that isn't the bumper sticker on Canada Post employee's car.

Build,
I hope someone along the way isn't conducting some 'sortation' on it at his 'facility' right now.

i think the guy at my shop said it was 165 or 168 list.
he was selling it for about $135.
that's right - he discounts new plastic !!!!!!
fyi - he works out of a 'stall' in a local "antique mall"
that is only open Saturday & Sunday.
a hobbyshop that is a hobby itself.
great guy, and a fun little place.

MurderDogg, I saw at my LHS for $168. Whew, that's about 5 1/35 kits.

darn!
my thunder has been stolen. Black Eye [B)]Evil [}:)]
was going to post that i got to look in the box at one of these at one of my LHS
this Saturday. guess i should have moved faster!

kit has full interior, good looking instruction booklet,
separate rubber tires for road wheels,
big sturdy box, w/ two separate boxes inside.
parts very good looking on the sprue.
no flash & detail looks crisp.

i was not able to measure each piece and compare it to my
complete & authentic plans for the T-34. Tongue [:P]
but it looked great!

Man, that was like looking at a New Vanguard book or something! Very realistic.
Thanks for the link, Scott!
I've been consistently poking around in the box every three days. Then I find myself getting a little too giddy, and have to close it back up for three more days. I did pick up the Fine Molds aluminium barrel at Super Kid's Land last week.

It sure is one sweet, big model!

The question is, have you bought yours yet, Scott? They're pretty cheap over at Super Kid's Land!!

How many of those babies do ya reckon will show up at Shizuoka next year? Gonna hafta do something nutty to set mine apart from the crowd...

I thought he was headed toward you. Any sign yet ?

I've had an "Event Notification" from Canada Post that it's in a sortation facility.
It was supposed to have been here already, no luck yet.
