Wow ! You're right.
No wonder I never looked under my bed until I was sixteen years old !

M1 - Did you see him? Get any pictures ? Too bad it wasn't a 1/16 T-34. He's been on a streak with those

Hmmm. Don't think cartoons did me too much harm. My older sisters had that honour. Oh wait, I was pretty traumatised when Bambi's mother died. And those rabbits in Watership Down. And that witch in Bugs Bunny. And any guy in an animal suit that doesn't speak. Oh dear......

Hsterical !

I'm still emotionally scarred from the - jelly roll - episode ! Where the evil jelly rolls chase him and pokey and swallows them up. Gumby ends up in the jelly roll and pokie in the pie. Then Gumby's parents almost eat them !

I don't think I have ever eaten a jelly roll

Wow ! too much for a small mind.

Sorry, Matt - that guy is freaky

I tried to find a pic of Gumby in the Iron Lung, no luck...I remember, horribly, that it had to do with building a ladder to reach the moon and he ends up in the Lung, talking to Pokey with that little mirror set up in front of his face.
That ranked up there with the Bugs Bunny episode where an old Bugs digs his own grave as Ehlmer stands over him. He's crying as he lowers himself in....Cripes, I'm getting Goosepimples just typing this.
Man those flippin freaked me out!

Phroosh, were you explosed to Gumbi as a lad in Australia? That pic reminds me of an episode where he ended up in an Iron Lung. That really creeped my out, even as an adult. It still creeps me out.

Ok I have asked this before. Can you please show him the way to Denmark. We have good beer and pizza, so there should be no problem there. I need the 1/16 King Tiger full option, and all the PE for the 1/16 Tiger I. Please.

There is bad beer and pizza?

What would that be? Maybe a silhouette projection from Wanda's? An Export sign from a depanneur?

After watching Band of Brothers, I thought the perfect name for a canine is 'Dog Company'. It became Dryden's nickname.
If he's asleep and it's time for a hike, I give him a gutteral, 'Dog Company! On your feet!' or if he's too far ahead, 'Dog Company, Halt!'

Phroosh,
Did your Mother name the pooch "Cretin"?

Hmmm. No. She called her Penny. Didn't feel Cretin suited a female Jack Russell. Dad, in between telling me I'd ruined his retirement, said he wanted to name her Normandy, (I delivered Penny on D-day!) but Mum had a remarkably similar opinion on that.

Dan,
I'll be posting more short films than you'll care to see once these are done. Whenever that'll be. That was the main reason for getting them.

Buff,
I sent him promptly up the Thruway to 15 Nord, should've been there by now. Did you send up the Cretin signal?

The R/C tiger, I had to repair one of these when they first came out, I ran it up and down the road, down a series of steps, [wouldn't climb up thow]. chewed up the back yard and gave it back to it's owner.

The owner of this monster had the control leads in the wrong places and the wrong radio control system and didn't read the instructions when building it in the first place.

Yup. He sure likes a pint. Good dog. (mine likes dogs too, in fact the other day the rascal bought my Mum a puppy, even though my Dad told me not to. Evil [}:)] Funny how Dad didn't find the idea of a miscievous dog delivering cretin nearly as wonderful as Mum!)

T-34's were very low, weren't they?

Congrats !

Nice job - catching the Cretin ! And getting that kit.

He must be part Leprachuan - you catch him - you get his pot o' gold

Good dog Dryden
- must have been that smelly pizza and beer that gave him away

Nice pics

CAPTURED! CRETIN.

I caught the Cretin. More accurately, Dryden caught the Cretin, probably to make up for the Tiger slip up. (Good dog!)
He was on my back deck with a few RevellAG kits in his hands. No way man, not this time, Snap it pal! Make with the Trumpeter T-34, all 751 pieces.
Turns out he's a Australian Billionaire. He handed me the kit for my troubles. After I checked that all the parts were there, we had a pint and I sent him on his way.

Here's a hull comparison between it, the M4 and Tiger. Seems like it would take some work to change over to RC, not to mention losing all that gorgeous interior detail.
