Here's how I'm progressing with this 1/24 toy rebuild. Unlike the Sherman, the Bradley is ending up about 75% scratchbuilt,
with only the basic "hulk" of the hull and turret remaining from the original (very inaccurate) toy.
I've finally finished the interior (apart from the infantry weapons, backpacks, and miscellaneous stores, which I'll
add later) and have painted the base coat of interior colour. (This actually took me 2 days as there was so much to do,
and it needed 2 coats, 3 in some places!). It looks very "messy" at the minute as all the smaller parts (seats, instrumentation, storage etc.) are still unpainted.
Hull -

Miscellaneous parts - driver's and troop compartment hatches, plus unfinished gun/mantlet, TOW launcher,
and rear door. The driver's hatch and part of the gun mantlet are from the original toy, the rest are scratchbuilt.
Since I took the photo, I have added the distinctive conical muzzle brake/flash eliminator to the gun barrel, this was
quite hard to make - I tried several methods before eventually rolling it out of thin Plasticard. Next I need to cut the
slits out of it, now THAT will be tricky :)
View through the rear door into the troop compartment. The door (see above) will be hinged so it can be opened, also the hull roof is removable.
Anyway, as you can see from looking at the pics, the next stage is to paint all the interior details! The exterior also needs a huge amount of work, all I have done so far is add the applique armour plates.
