Came up okay in preview. Must not allow direct linking. I forgot to give the site credit but you can get the details from the properties of the link (redX) that I posted.

You would have thought Tamiya would have released a kit of this by now. They have the basic hull and running gear as well as the Flak piece already moulded. Then again they could issue the basic Marder 3 with the sig 33 and sell the sig as a separate fieldpiece with carriage as well. If it were Dragon, the lot would be available by now.

Thanks a whole lot guys! I had found some pics through my searches on Google but I haven't seen any of these!

petbat-
thanks for the advice. I do have the squadron/signal book on the pz 38(t). There is also another book by MBI called the Marder II and Grille which I have. It has some pics and also 1/35th drawings. Thanks very much for the pics! They will be greatly helpful!!Thumbs Up [tup]Thumbs Up [tup]Smile,Wink, & Grin [swg]

Welcome Matt.

how about this from www.motorpsychorealms.org.uk:

Use it with
and you should be able to work out measurements. the AFV interiors site perideion gave you is the best for interior pics.

The squadron signals book 'Pzrkfw 38t in action' has plans in (I think) 1/76 scale

Hope this little helps

Flakpanzer 38(t)

Hey there! I'm new here(really new, I signed on just yesterday). This is a great forum! Everyone behaves and you can have intelligent, helpful as well as humorous converstions here. Thanks!

Now then...I was wondering if anyone had any info on the Flakpanzer 38(t). What is it you might ask? Well it's a flakpanzer variant of the Marder III M chasis. It's armed with a 20mm flak 38 AA gun. it was produced before the better known flakpanzers based on the Panzer IV chasis. I've decided to build one from the Tamiya Marder III M kit and use the Italeri Flak 38(yes, I know there's a company out there who makes a model of the flakpanzer 38, called Alan, but I'd like to make my own). If any one has any pics of the vehicle, particuarly of the fighting compartment, or driver's compartment, please share them with meWink [;)] I'd really appreciate it!Big Smile [:D]Big Smile [:D]
