Hi there
I think that you will find that the Italeri Ostwind is actually a model of the protoype and as such will require zimmerit etc to be really accurate.

Welcome Hank. I'm afraid I know nothing about the Italeri kit. I wish I had a wife like that though. Being an Italeri kit, it may need some TLC to make it into a nice build. Fear not, someone with more info should chime in with better answers.

Hoping for some advise and maybe help.Being new to armor modeling my wife has suprised me with the Italeri Flakpanzer Ostwind 1st Series kit.
Are there any reviews or opinions about this kit. Perhaps PE kits that might improve it? Any opinions good or bad are appreciated.
Thanks
Hank
