At LONG last! The LONG-awaited LONG Tom has been finally completed. Although I might say that it did take you too LONG to build this one, I can say that deserve a LONG round of applause. It is mighty LONG, too.

Sorry for making this too LONG. Great job my friend and

...so LONG. Until next time.

LOL.

That is an excellent piece of work, Eric!
The dust and weathering, particularly on the tires, is phenomenal.
Great work!

Oh wow, what a nice piece of artillery. Weathering on it is super-realistic. What can you say about the kit, now that it's all said and done?

Thanks for all the comments and compliments guys! Ausf, I started that kit a couple years ago but the kit was missing the wheels so it sat aside for a while. The painting and finishing probably took the longest with all the nooks and crannies in that suspension.

On the weathering and painting...I used Tamiya OD to paint it, then future w/Tamiya flat base for the dull coat. I then took MIGs "Europe dust" colored weathering powders and rubbed that in with a stiff "dry brushing" brush. I kept brushing the excess off in areas I wanted lightly dusted and left it heavey in the other areas. The muddy areas I put on heavy and left the excess.

Thanks again to all.
