Well, happy birthday! It's funny the way you found out you couldn't go. "No, it's a terrible Idea to go see the tanks! I hate tanks, my love! Someone may get hurt!" Laugh [(-D]

Are there any other French board members? It'd be great to see them rumbling around. I can make DVDs from video, but it would have to be NTSC video .... Sad [:(]

Up-armored Sherman? Are you talking a about a Jumbo? Wow, an operational King Tiger? That would be awesome to see.

Oh well...impossible for me to be there so pics would be appreciated very much.

Hey, that's cool. Some French visitor has to go and videotape it! There's some footage you're not going to get every day. Shame that the Sherman is uparmoured though, as it's just going to slow the tank down, and it's not going to help against the L71 on the Tiger II.

Yep, definitely take some pics. I'd love to be able to see ANY of these tanks in action, but it seems like in my area there are not too many places where I can go see any kind of armour.

Hy guys

If someone want to see a real Sherman 40 t vs Tiger II, in simulating fight,
It's the 17 july 2004 at Villers-bocage, the afternoon....

I'm not sure about all infos, because I just have a calling from a friend in Normandie, who don't know anything about AFV....

I think it's a added armor Sherman, and the king tiger of Saumur, but i'm not sure.
Big Smile [:D]
