errr, the wodka seems to be affecting my better judgement. I've scrapped the scratchbuilding in favor of the AT-AT legs. I found the Star Wars kit today at my local hobby guy. It looks to be a lot easier. I'll do the building on the next one. We'll see how this one goes. I'll email the pics when I am done. Thanks guys!

take the upper hull of the M1A1, then take the ERTL star wars land speeder (i think). 6 tubes of milliput, 1 kingsize supaglue(CA), 1 bottle of vodka, use a blind fold when you pick youre paint colors, bodge them together, fill and sand then schlap on some paint!. finish the vodka first.

The vodka can double up for thinning acrylic paint!!!!!

PS let me know if you pull it off as all i need is the land speeder, j/k

Hey guys, just when I have something going you make the gears spin again.... many thanks for the advice! So far I am using some engines off of an old 1/72 B-52 and doing some "kit-rearranging" around the lower sections of the hull. Keep the ideas flowing!!!

Anyone remember a long, long time ago about an article in FSM doing some kit-bashing with an M1A1 and using an old rotary phone base-creating a hover-tank? It was pretty neat and would look good next to my armor collection. OR, does anyone have any ideas other than going crazy with sheet styrene?
