Ok first things first the zimmerit is part of the molding mike although you have to wrap and glue it on the turret. The kit went together rather well there was a slight fit problem at the glacis plate corner where I had to shave front plate about an 1/8 of an inch when I put it together and do the zim by hand there to match it. Get lots of clamps when glueing on the zim for turret you can see that the back of mine I didnt quite get it all the way together but its small and Im going to put the air recognition flag there (a slight cheat). I got this kit for 10.00 bucks at chapters swap meet and I didnt really plan on building it right away but then the normandie GB came up and I just had to build it for that. I wasnt really going all out on this as I was going to give it to my buddie so I didnt bother fixing the ejecter pin marks on the tracks (I regret that now though). I might add screens to the rear deck though as it looks very naked without them. All in all I really enjoyed this kit and want to thank you guys for your kind words.Tongue [:P]

Nice job Bill , it looks like that kit has a semi interior anyhow , but very nice painting . Everyone always craps on italeri kits , but I have liked the ones I did personally , they went together great , maybe I am just lucky in that dept . But anyway how did that kit go together ? It looks great .

cplchilly,
Great Job... the camo looks awsome. Very nice build. How was the overall build of the Italeri kit?

Mike, unless I'm wrong, that is pre-molded zimmerit.

Great job on the Tiger, awesome camoflauge job.

Wow, nice! Good job in the highlights department. Oh no! Ejector pin marks in the single treads! Thats ok, the quality of the model makes up for it and then some. Great job!
