Thanks to everyone who has commented. All feedback it much appreciated. I hope you enjoyed the pics.
cirikili, trust me, if I can do it, anyone can… I’m sure it wont be long before you are turning kits out just as good or even better than mine. Just stick with it and think of every kit you build as an opportunity to learn new techniques.
wildwilliam, I agree with you about the road wheels, they just don’t look right. Thanks for the feedback, I love to hear what works and does not work for both my models and the site.
T-34, I always paint my tracks Tamiya Red Brown. I might mix in a little red or orange to mix things up a bit. Once the Red Brown has set up I drybrush the tracks with Tamiya Chrome Silver. That’s all there is to it…
bbrowniii, glad to hear someone finds my website useful. Please let me know if you have any questions and keep me up to date on how things work for you. I would love to hear how some of my suggestions work for other people and if I need to elaborate more on certain things.
Tigerman, yup the road wheels need to have the rubber painted on, but it was worth a try. Thanks for the feedback.
Moses, the tracks are not going to get any sag because they are the kit rubber band type and are already stretched to the limit. I agree with you about the road wheels, it just looks like something is missing. Thanks for the comments.
wbill, yes the lower hull was sprayed with Tamiya Buff to simulate dust.
Once again, a big THANK YOU goes out to everyone who has commented!!
