How tall were Tiger 1's?

How tall, from the bottom of the tracks to the top of the turret was the Tiger !? Does anyone know of an online source I could check with? Thanks

This just goes to show you that a man with reference knows the exact info, a man with more than one is never sure. Got this info
Height (meters): 3.00 from this site http://www.worldwar2aces.com/tiger-tank/

and then this
Height: 2.88m from another http://www.voentour.com/tanks/tiger1.shtml

Will have to wait for someone with a little more knowledge.

I've checked two of my ref books and one says 9 ft 5 inches the other says 3000 mm, which is slightly taller than 9'5". I don't know of an online source to check it, but the book that says 9'5" is by Ellis and Chamberlain and it's been pretty reliable for me.

A book on WWII tanks has the Tiger I listed as 3.0m and a hasegawa model has it listed as 3.0m.

Yep, and I trust Jentz and Doyle very much.

Check out this site, it has alot of meassurements in it. I haven't checked if the heigth is there though. http://tiger1.info/
