Well there are a few differences between the kits, Tamiya gives a pretty in depths description of the Tiger's except for the Late version which was not that much different then the mid poroduction, except for the copula and pistol ports, etc. As for Otto Carius Kommandant version, it is out of production, but you can still find it at hobby stores and shows for sale. As far as I can recall, that kit came with about 4 figures. I am not sure what varient it is, but it is not worth the price compared to the other kits.

I've been looking and there are a bunch of Tamiya Tiger tank models to choose from..... early production, mid, late, and an afrika model and an Otto Carius Kommandant model. What are the main differences between these?
