Peridexion is correct.

Through the end of 1942 the lower interior was painted gray-green while the upper hull was supposed to be a lemon-yellowish color (although very few vehicles have been found with this original light color). Although, there is little documentation on an official change in the light color, it gradually changed to a more beige color that we now know as interior buff. After 1942, paint schemes would vary somewhat. Many vehicles would leave the factories with the red-brown primer as the only color in the lower hull while others were painted overall buff. There was also a brief period between September 1944 and December 1944 when vehicles were leaving with the entire interior RED! The outcry from the field was so great that the command went out to return to interior buff. As a side note, most interior equipment within the fighting compartment including things like sights, electrical junction boxes, handles, etc, were painted black.

Enjoy your modeling...

This should help; http://www.tiger-tank.com/secure/journal.htm
While this is not a mid-production model, it is a early one, it should be of help.
Elfenbein (ivory) was painted on the upper parts of the interiors and gray-green on the lower interior hull below the hull sponsons on early models such as this one. Numerous small fittings such as vison blocks, crank wheels, gun sights, knobs, seats, etc., were black. Late versions had all gray-green interiors, such as found on the late model Tiger I at Saumur Tank Museum, which has this gray-green interior.....So, this isn't much help, since you want a mid-pro version. Things get weird here, you can have parts left in red primer, parts left-over from previous production models, parts cannibalized from wrecks, and to make matters worse, I don't seem to have a color photo in any of my books of a mid-pro interior. Maybe someone has a website handy they can give you.
