Check Captain Caveman's thread. Basically, that's Porsche's proposed hull for the Tiger. It wasn't chosen, but a bunch of them had been made, so most of them were converted into the big, faintly ridiculous Ferdinand/Elefant Tank Hunter. But a few got the Tiger turret, and apparently one of them actually served at the front. (I think a few more with Tiger turrets were used for training.)
This kit represents that one vehicle. It served with one of the Elefant units, as a command tank.
