Well first I would lay clearcoat on it to get a good Sheen then do a good wash with a dark brown color(never black) the clearcoat will let the wash run smoothly through all the bolts and creveses after the wash is dry , take care of any nasty blotches with the base color then highlight all the edges and raised features with a lighter tone of the base color, that should get you started, this is a M113 APC kit by academy that is pretty much the same kit, I used all the techniques as mentioned, GOOD LUCK!!

Hi guys, I'm planning to a dio, featuring an Israeli M-113 Zelda, since I usually do flying stuff and civilian cars, I will need some advise on weathering.
